About the Role

 

We are hiring a Consultant – RevOps & GTM Strategy to support the build and execution of a predictable, data-driven GTM operating system across business clusters.

In this role, you will work closely with Sales and Customer Success teams to improve pipeline visibility, forecast discipline, and renewal tracking, while ensuring strong CRM hygiene and reporting accuracy.

Note: This role does not include Deal Desk ownership, pricing approvals, or commercial exceptioning.

 

What You’ll Do

1. GTM Cadence Support

  • Support weekly/bi-weekly GTM reviews with Sales & CX teams
  • Track pipeline movement, renewals, risks, and follow-ups
  • Help drive consistency in execution cadence across teams.

 

2. CRM & Data Hygiene

  • Ensure CRM hygiene (stage updates, close dates, basic data accuracy)
  • Support reporting and dashboard updates
  • Drive adoption of standard processes and workflows

 

3. Renewal & Pipeline Tracking

  • Assist in tracking renewals, risk flags, and follow-ups
  • Ensure timely updates and visibility on key accounts and deals
  • Support teams in improving pipeline discipline.

 

4. Playbooks & Process Improvement

  • Contribute to building playbooks and templates (QBRs, renewals, pipeline reviews)
  • Identify basic process gaps and suggest improvements
  • Support execution of GTM programs and initiatives.

 

5. Cross-functional Coordination

  • Work with Business Systems, BI, and Sales/CX teams
  • Help ensure data accuracy and operational alignment
  • Act as a support layer between strategy and execution.

What We’re Looking For

Must-have

  • 2–4 years in RevOps / GTM Ops / Sales Ops (B2B SaaS preferred)
  • Basic understanding of CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and execution rigour
  • Good analytical and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
