  • We are seeking a highly analytical, tech-savvy MBA Intern. You will drive cross-functional business operations spanning Finance, Procurement, Telecom Operations, Compliance, and Process Automation. This role requires strong ownership, structured thinking, and the ability to leverage AI and technology to improve operational efficiency.
     
     

    Key Responsibilities
    • Drive process improvements across Procure-to-Pay (P2P), procurement, finance operations, and telecom operations.
    • Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend automation opportunities using AI and modern productivity tools.
    • Coordinate with Finance, Procurement, CX, Engineering, Compliance, and external vendors to ensure timely execution of operational activities.
    • Support implementation and enhancement of internal P2P workflows, including provisioning, renewals, audit trails, and process governance.
    • Assist in strengthening Internal Financial Controls (IFC) by identifying process gaps, improving documentation, and supporting audit readiness.
    • Support procurement lifecycle activities including invoice validation, GRN reconciliation, source verification, dispute tracking, and resolution.
    • Analyze procurement and renewal data to improve utilization tracking, budgeting, and vendor governance.
    • Assist in automation initiatives for regulatory and financial reporting, including reconciliation, payment validation, revenue reporting, and compliance reporting.
    • Manage operational dashboards, MIS reports, KPIs, and executive presentations.
    • Coordinate telecom complaint management with multiple operators and vendors, ensuring SLA adherence and timely closure.
    • Analyze complaint trends and identify opportunities to reduce manual effort through automation and AI-assisted workflows.
    • Support upcoming regulatory initiatives, including process readiness for direct DLT integration and evolving telecom compliance requirements.
    • Prepare business documentation, SOPs, process maps, and user requirements for new operational initiatives.
    • Independently manage multiple projects, stakeholders, timelines, and follow-ups while ensuring high execution quality.
    Preferred Skills
    • Pursuing or recently completed an MBA (Operations, Finance, Business Analytics, or General Management).
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar productivity platforms.
    • Ability to quickly understand business processes and translate them into scalable operational workflows.
    • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
    • Comfortable working with data, dashboards, process documentation, and cross-functional teams.
    • Exposure to automation, workflow tools, SQL, Power BI, Python, or low-code platforms is an added advantage.
    • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    Qualifications
    • Education: Currently pursuing an MBA from a premier institute.
