About the role


We are seeking skilled MTS-1 DevOps Engineers with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps, Cloud, Kubernetes, and Observability engineering. The ideal candidate should have strong experience working with AWS-based infrastructure, particularly Kubernetes (EKS), EC2 deployments, AutoScaling Groups, Target Groups, Load Balancer configs while exposure to Azure Cloud on similar scale is also acceptable.

The role requires expertise in CI/CD automation using Jenkins (with Groovy scripting and dynamic job creation), infrastructure automation via terraform and ansibles, and production-grade observability using the Prometheus–Grafana–Loki stack.

Key Responsibilities
Application Deployment & Infrastructure Management
- Deploy and manage applications on:
- AWS Elastic Kubernetes Service (EKS)
- AWS EC2 instances
- Raw Linux-based VMs using Ansible or automation tools
- Manage Kubernetes clusters including RBAC, networking, ingress, storage classes, and security policies.
- Deploy applications using Helm and GitOps workflows.
- Manage AWS core services – EC2, IAM, S3, VPC, Route53, CloudWatch, Load balancer, Target Groups, Auto Scaling Groups
- Provision infrastructure using Terraform or equivalent IaC tools.
- Configure and manage Persistent Volumes and CSI drivers.
- Enable SRE/support team for patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management of clusters and VMs.

CI/CD – Jenkins (Must Have)
- Design, build, and maintain Jenkins pipelines (Declarative and Scripted) with strong hands-on Groovy scripting.
- Implement dynamic job creation using Jenkins Job DSL / seed jobs and shared libraries.
- Manage Jenkins administration – agents/nodes, credentials, plugins, RBAC, and pipeline optimization.
- Integrate build, test, artifact management, and deployment stages into end-to-end automated pipelines.

Observability – Prometheus / Grafana / Loki /Alert Manager (Must Have)
- Deploy, configure, and manage the Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki stack in production environments.
- Build and maintain Grafana dashboards for infrastructure and application monitoring.
- Configure Prometheus exporters, service discovery, recording rules, and Alertmanager-based alerting.
- Set up and manage Loki-based log aggregation pipelines (Promtail/agents, labels, retention, LogQL queries).

Good to have 
- Experience with Azure (AKS, Azure VMs) or GCP Cloud will also be considered valuable.
