About the Role

 

As Senior Sales Manager(Senior Account Director) – Mobility & Automotive, you will drive enterprise sales across leading automotive and mobility companies such as Maruti Suzuki, Hyundai, Bajaj Auto, Hero MotoCorp, TVS Motor Company, and Ather Energy.

This role requires candidates with prior experience selling SaaS or AI solutions to the Automotive/Mobility industry and existing relationships with key stakeholders across CX, Digital, IT, and Dealer Network functions.

You will own end-to-end enterprise sales cycles, helping automotive brands transform customer engagement using AI-powered CX, Voice Bots, CCaaS, and CPaaS solutions.

This is a quota-carrying individual contributor role requiring strong enterprise deal management and the ability to open strategic opportunities within automotive accounts.

 

What You’ll Do

 

Own Enterprise Sales Cycles

  • Drive end-to-end enterprise sales across mobility and automotive accounts
  • Focus on new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion

Sell CX Transformation Solutions

  • Position AI Voice Bots, Conversational AI, and CCaaS solutions to improve customer journeys such as lead management, dealer engagement, service scheduling, and customer support

Engage Senior Stakeholders

  • Build relationships with CXOs and leaders across Digital, CX, IT, Customer Service, and Dealer Network teams

Lead Complex Deals

  • Run discovery, solutioning, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations
  • Partner with Product, Pre-Sales, and CX teams to close enterprise deals

Drive Sales Discipline

  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and forecasting accuracy
  • Manage long enterprise sales cycles with structured deal governance

What We’re Looking For

 

  • 8–15 years of B2B enterprise sales experience (SaaS, platforms, telecom, or enterprise technology)
  • Proven experience selling technology solutions into Automotive or Mobility companies
  • Strong consultative selling and commercial negotiation skills
  • Ability to engage CXOs and enterprise decision-makers
  • Exposure to AI, Voice Bots, Conversational AI, CCaaS, or CPaaS platforms
