We are looking for a Developer Community Manager who speaks the language of code and genuinely enjoys helping engineers succeed. You will own our technical community operations across spaces where developers actually hang out (Discord, Slack, GitHub, and forums).
Your goal is not just tracking vanity metrics, but driving real technical adoption, unblocking users, and creating a strong feedback loop between our developers and our product team.

Key Responsibilities
Community Engagement: Own our day-to-day community operations, moderation, and engagement rituals across Discord, Slack, or forums.
Technical Support & First Response: Help unblock developers, answer technical questions, and escalate bugs to the engineering team quickly.
Content & Documentation: Partner with DevRel (Developer Relations) and product teams to review sample code, write tutorials, and improve developer documentation.
Events & Growth: Plan and host virtual workshops, hackathons, AMAs, and local developer meetups.
Feedback Loops: Gather community pain points, feature requests, and sentiment data to build structured feedback reports for the product roadmap.
Advocacy & Programs: Identify, nurture, and reward power users, open-source contributors, and community champions.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 2–5 years of experience in developer community management, Developer Relations (DevRel), or technical marketing.
Technical Literacy: Comfortable engaging credibly with technical audiences; basic coding literacy or a foundation in software/open-source development is a strong plus.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a warm, authentic, and human tone.
Ecosystem Awareness: A clear understanding of modern developer tools, APIs, and tech stacks.
Data-Informed: Ability to track community health metrics (active builders, retention, sentiment) and use insights to steer strategy.
