This is a quota-carrying, individual contributor role with full ownership of the enterprise sales cycle.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Position AI & Voice Bots as levers for CX improvement, cost optimisation, and compliance

  • Engage CXOs, Digital, CX, IT, and Operations leaders

  • Lead discovery, solutioning, pricing, and contract negotiations

  • Partner with Product, Pre-sales, and CX teams to close complex deals

  • Maintain strong pipeline hygiene and forecast accuracy

  •  Drive new logo acquisition and strategic account expansion

 

Success Metrics

 

  • Revenue and pipeline targets

  • AI & Voice Bot deal contribution

  • Retention & stakeholder mapping

  • Deal size, win rates, and forecast accuracy

 

What We’re Looking For

 

  • 7+ years of B2B sales experience in US(SaaS, platforms, or managed services)

  • Exposure to AI, Voice Bots, Conversational AI, CCaaS solutions

  • Strong solution-selling, commercial, and executive communication skills
