As a Sales Manager based in Dubai, You'll own the entire enterprise sales motion, partnering with top-tier clients to transform their customer engagement with our full-stack platform. If you're a seasoned solution seller ready to make a significant mark in the dynamic MEA market, we want you on our team.

What You'll Own

Your primary focus is driving high-impact revenue and growing our footprint across the UAE enterprise segment.

  • Own the Hunt: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting and pitching to negotiating and closing large-scale enterprise deals (New Logo Acquisition).

  • Be the Consultant: Strategically map the market, anticipate client needs, and position our CPaaS, Contact Center, and AI solutions as the clear path to better CX.

  • Build Trust: Cultivate high-value, long-term relationships with CXOs and senior leaders in the region. We treat our customers #LikeAFriend.

  • Scale the Ecosystem: Actively manage and expand our network of regional partners, treating them as extensions of our own sales engine.

  • Drive Growth: Focus on securing initial deals and identifying opportunities for upselling/cross-selling to ensure maximum account value.

What You Bring

  • A Solid Foundation: 8-10 years of experience in Software/Solution Sales in the UAE market, with a strong track record in Enterprise SAAS 

  • sales.

  • Sales Savvy: You're a natural concept seller who is effective in engaging technical and business stakeholders at all levels.

  • UAE Presence: You are currently based out of the UAE and understand the regional business landscape.

  • Tech Comfort: You are articulate and comfortable explaining complex technology solutions in a consultative manner.

  • Education (Bonus): A B.Tech/MBA is preferred, but your performance track record matters most.
