About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate – Business Operations to support vendor management, telecom compliance, procurement, inventory tracking, and project deployments. This role offers strong exposure to telecom operations, cross-functional coordination, and AI-driven operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Inventory & Order Management

• Maintain telecom inventory including numbers, trunks, and infrastructure resources

• Track resource utilization and purchase orders

• Support billing validation and audit documentation

✅ Vendor Coordination

• Coordinate with telecom operators, SMS vendors, and infrastructure partners

• Track vendor performance and resolve service or billing issues

• Maintain vendor documentation and contract records

✅ Procurement Support

• Support vendor onboarding and procurement processes

• Track purchase requests and payment status

• Assist in identifying cost optimization opportunities

✅ Project & Deployment Support

• Support telecom service launches and new region deployments

• Track project milestones and coordinate go-live activities

✅ Process Improvement & Reporting

• Support SOP creation and process automation
