Role Overview

We are looking for a high-caliber Voice AI Strategist to drive go-to-market (GTM) strategy and problem-solving initiatives for our Voice AI products. The ideal candidate combines strong technical aptitude with structured consulting experience and the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

This role will work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to shape strategy, influence execution, and accelerate market adoption of Voice AI solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and drive GTM strategy for Voice AI products, including market sizing, positioning, pricing, and launch planning

  • Partner closely with engineering and product teams to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value propositions

  • Solve complex, ambiguous business and product problems using structured thinking and data-driven approaches

  • Conduct deep market, customer, and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions

  • Influence cross-functional stakeholders and leadership without direct authority

  • Support strategic initiatives such as new market entry, partnerships, and product roadmap prioritization

 

 

Required Qualifications

  • Strong academic background from IIT / BITS / NIT or equivalent top-tier institutions

  • 1–2 years of post-MBB experience (McKinsey, BCG, Bain preferred)

  • Exposure to technology or SaaS sector (Voice AI, AI/ML, or platform businesses preferred)

  • Proven experience in GTM strategy, commercialization, or growth initiatives

  • Excellent problem-solving and structured thinking skills

  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence senior stakeholders

  • High comfort level in ambiguous and evolving environments
