Job Overview:

 

The Enterprise Marketing Lead (International) will spearhead lead generation and brand awareness efforts across international markets, with a specific focus on Southeast Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in Account-Based Marketing (ABM), digital campaigns, and cross-functional collaboration to drive marketing initiatives that align with the company’s regional pipeline and OB goals.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Drive Lead Generation & Funnel Acceleration

 

  • Marketing Plan Development: Strategically develop, execute, and monitor an end-to-end marketing plan aligned with regional pipeline and OB goals.

  • ABM Campaigns: Create and execute 1:1 and cluster ABM plans, covering objectives, timelines, regions, personas, and messaging themes.

  • Top-of-Funnel Activities: Plan and orchestrate digital campaigns on social media, public events, executive roundtables, and outbound outreach through internal sales development teams and affiliates/partners.

  • Bottom-of-Funnel Activities: Plan and execute targeted workshops and digital campaigns for specific accounts, focusing on open opportunities or existing customers.

  • Affiliate Collaboration: Collaborate with affiliates to drive lead generation and develop lead nurture workflows.

  • Process Streamlining: Streamline processes related to campaign execution and lead conversion to enhance productivity.

 

Drive Brand Awareness

 

  • SEO Optimization: Work with the global demand generation team to optimize SEO and SEM for increased organic search visibility and ranking within assigned geographies.

  • Content Creation: Collaborate with product marketing and CSM teams to create case studies and content articles for the website and media houses.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

 

  • Sales Collaboration: Collaborate with sales teams to understand regional nuances, challenges, and focus areas to design marketing plans aligned with sales objectives.

  • Team Coordination: Work with research, content, design, media agencies, affiliates, SDR, and sales teams to execute campaigns across channels and analyze reports.

 

Data Analysis and Presentation

 

  • Campaign Performance Reporting: Create and maintain reports for campaign performance, lead generation, and opportunity tracking.

  • Data Management: Develop and manage trackers for KPI tracking and reporting, ensuring effective data representation for easy inference.

  • Complex Data Analysis: Analyze multiple datasets to derive actionable insights, such as maximum products sold and upsell/cross-sell recommendations.

 

Qualifications:

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in enterprise marketing with a focus on international markets.
  • Proven track record in Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and digital campaign execution.

  • Experience working in South East Asia, Africa, and the Middle East is highly desirable.
