We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Linux certification, Cisco switches and WiFi management, video conferencing solutions, compliance handling, security tool deployments, and Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies.

 

What will you do?

  • Manage and maintain Linux-based systems, ensuring high levels of performance, availability, and security.

  • Configure and manage Cisco switches and WiFi infrastructure to ensure optimal network performance and reliability.

  • Oversee video conferencing solutions, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

  • Handle compliance requirements, including audits and ensuring adherence to relevant standards and regulations.

  • Deploy and manage security tools, such as MDM, AI-based XDR, SIEM, and DLP solutions, to protect the organization's IT assets.

  • Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies to streamline authentication processes.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement IT solutions that meet business requirements.

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior IT staff members.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the organization's IT infrastructure remains secure and efficient.

 

What will you work for?

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

  • Linux certification (e.g., Red Hat Certified Engineer, LPIC) is required.

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) or higher certification is required.

  • Certification in Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or higher is preferred.

  • Proven experience in managing Cisco switches and WiFi infrastructure.

  • Strong knowledge of video conferencing solutions, such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams.

  • Experience in handling compliance requirements and audits.

  • Hands-on experience in deploying and managing security tools.

  • Familiarity with Single Sign-On (SSO) technologies, such as Okta or Azure AD.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
