About the Role

 

Exotel is looking for an experienced Group Product Manager to lead and manage our suite of CPaaS products. As a head of CPaaS products, you will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of our CPaaS offerings, which power millions of daily engagements across voice, messaging and chatbot channels for our enterprise customers. You will be leading multiple product charters and a team of excellent product managers.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap for the CPaaS suite, aligning with the company's overall vision and customer needs

  • Manage and scale the entire CPaaS platform, including voice, messaging and chatbot components

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, customer success) to deliver high-quality products and experiences

  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement

  • Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery of features

  • Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and metrics to stakeholders and executive leadership

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 

  • Overall 10+ years of experience along with minimum 2+ years of experience in leading team and people management

  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software industry. CPaaS or related experience is a plus.

  • Strong understanding of cloud communications technologies, APIs, and the platform ecosystem

  • Proven track record of successfully launching & scaling enterprise products

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

  • Proficient in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
