What will you do?

 

Program Manager, CEO Office. This role is a high visibility role providing an all-encompassing understanding of business and the opportunity to work on company priorities.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Program Management: Oversee and manage a portfolio of strategic projects from conception through completion. Ensure that projects align with the organization's strategic objectives and deliver measurable results.

  • Identification and Assessment: Continuously identify and evaluate potential internal programs that could significantly impact the organization. Assess risks, benefits, and resource requirements.

  • Prioritization: Develop criteria for prioritizing internal initiatives and allocate resources accordingly to ensure effective execution.

  • Execution Excellence: Establish a tough and rigorous project cadence, ensuring that milestones are met and stakeholders are held accountable. Implement performance metrics to gauge program success and areas for improvement.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a liaison between the CEO and other departments; facilitate communication and ensure that all parties are aligned with the CEO’s agenda.

  • Leadership and Collaboration: Foster a collaborative culture that encourages innovation and continuous improvement. 

 

Qualification:

 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management and strategic planning. 

  • Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes projects and initiatives within a complex organizational environment.
