About the Business Unit
Scaleups BU is responsible for onboarding, managing, and supporting mid-market and SMB customers at Exotel. The BU includes pre-sales, inside-sales, outbound sales, customer experience, and support functions.
What will you do?
You will directly work with the Scaleups BU head to drive programs and improvements that help achieve the business goals. It is a high-impact role which will require you to understand business dynamics (including product lines & GTM strategies), analyze data, ideate/execute new projects, and drive outcomes. This role will involve working closely with the scaleup BU team leaders across sales, CX, and support, and interfacing with cross-functional teams like product, marketing, and finance.

Identify and Execute Projects with Direct Measurable Results: Identify and drive a portfolio of strategic projects that help increase revenue and gross profit of the scale-up business. These projects span across different functions and can be either limited time-bound projects (e.g. price revisions for low-margin customers) or result in new business practices (e.g. marketing strategies to improve NRR of long-tail customers).

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Ensure new initiatives and information rolled out by cross-functional teams (e.g. product, finance, revops) are communicated to the scaleups team, and implemented as needed. Furthermore, you will be expected to establish new cross-functional processes (or change the current processes) to address scaleup business requirements.

Drive Execution Excellence within the Team: Drive weekly cadences with scaleup business leaders to monitor their progress and outcomes. You will be expected to drive excellence by helping them prioritize, getting into details, and clearing any of their roadblocks and pain points.
Qualification:

Bachelor’s in Engineering (mandatory) and a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred) from Tier-1 institutes

3-5 years of experience in program management, data analysis, or product management.

Demonstrated ability to manage high-stakes projects and initiatives within a complex organizational environment.
