About the Role

 

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to own and manage voice components of the CPaaS Platform. The role involves active participation in product strategy, competitive analysis, market research and customer engagements. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to build products that cater to customer needs, fill gaps in the market and increase customer satisfaction.

To be successful in this role, you should have a passion to create, disrupt and scale. You should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Product Management with a proven track record of launching features/products across multiple release cycles. Your main responsibilities include gathering product requirements, creating roadmaps, prioritizing feature implementations and improving overall customer experience. Our ideal candidate needs to have a blended mix of growth mindset, entrepreneurial sense and immense empathy for customers, peers and everyone in general.

What will you do?

 

  • Derive inputs from the overall product & organizational strategy to feed into the product roadmap
  • Interact and coordinate with customers and customer-facing teams to gather and analyze customer requirements and market trends
  • Create PRDs and provide all supporting artifacts like Wireframes, Design Documents and Business Case
  • Prioritize the implementation of new features ensuring overall quality and experience
  • Participate in the entire product life cycle, SDLC and maintain the sanity of Agile Processes
  • Monitor and measure success metrics of products and features
  • Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps
  • Create support and training documents for internal and external stakeholders
  • Evangelize product mindset and innovation across the organization
  • Analyze competition

 

What do we look for?

 

  • Work experience of 2 years as a Product Manager or Product Owner. Prior technical experience is a must.
  • Experience in writing clear and detailed requirement documents, user stories and strategic documents (Business Case, GTM, Pricing Plan, etc.)
  • Familiarity with market research, consumer behaviour and marketing techniques
  • Hands-on experience with platform technologies, REST APIs and SDKs
  • Knowledge of process management tools, like Aha, Jira or Trello
  • Strong time management & prioritization skills
  • Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Deep user empathy and skilled in stakeholder management
