Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support day-to-day HR operations, employee onboarding, documentation, HRIS management, and coordination across the People team. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow their HR career in a fast-paced SaaS environment and work closely with recruiters, HRBPs, and leaders.


Key Responsibilities

1. Onboarding & Documentation

  • Coordinate end-to-end onboarding including offer letters, documentation, and induction.
  • Ensure timely completion of background verification, ID creation, and system allocation.
  • Maintain accurate employee records digitally in HRIS and shared drives.

2. HR Operations

  • Manage employee lifecycle activities (confirmation, transfers, exits).
  • Maintain and update dashboards, trackers, and HR databases.
  • Support payroll inputs collection and monthly HR operations activities.
  • Handle employee queries and provide timely resolutions.

3. Employee Engagement & Culture Support

  • Help plan and execute engagement initiatives, events, and communication activities.
  • Assist HRBPs with surveys, feedback collection, and action-tracking.

4. Compliance & Process Excellence

  • Ensure HR policies and processes are followed consistently.
  • Assist in audits, MIS reporting, and documentation requirements.

What We're Looking For

  • Around 1 year of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist or HR Coordination roles.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation and process discipline.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, HRIS tools, and dashboards.
  • High ownership mindset with the ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
