Roles and Responsibilities

  • Implementation and testing of GenAI solutions for Exotel’s customers 

  • Liaise with pre-sales teams and customers for understanding of requirements and timelines

  • Liaise with product team to understand the product to ensure efficient implementation as well as to suggest product improvements

  • Liaise with support teams for ensuring adherence to committed SLAs

 

Must Haves

  • Good in coding (Preferably Python) and DSA

  • Familiarity with React, HTML, CSS, JS or similar frameworks

  • Familiarity with HTTP, REST, microservices, concurrency and Multithreading

  • Experience working with Linux OS, TCP/IP networks, Database, Queues, caching

  • Good problem solving and communication skills

  • Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.

  • 2-4 years of experience with a Bachelor / Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

  • Ownership and commitment towards work

 

Good-to-haves

  • Experience with Gen-AI technologies (LLM prompt engineering)
