Role Overview:
As the Sr/Vice President of product Management, you will lead the vision, strategy, and execution of Exotel’s product portfolio, including CPaaS, CCaaS, Chatbots, and Generative AI solutions. This high-impact role involves shaping the future of customer communications, driving innovation, and achieving measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver products that delight customers and position Exotel as a market leader.

Experience :

Product Management Expertise
-
15+ years in Product Management, with leadership roles in cloud communications, SaaS, or AI-driven platforms.

Proven track record of scaling and managing complex product portfolios.
-
Experience integrating Generative AI and innovative technologies into products.
-
Enterprise SaaS Experience
-
At least 5 years of experience serving Enterprise Customers in the last 7 years.
-
5+ years working in the SaaS world in the last 7 years.
-
3+ years in the Customer Experience (CX) space (CRM, Contact Center, AI Automation) in the last 5 years.

Technical Understanding
-
Experience building web-based products (not mobile apps) with an emphasis on real-time, mission-critical applications like customer service/support.

Deep understanding of cloud technologies, AI, and software development lifecycles.

Business Acumen
-
Proficient in using TAM and SAM analysis to build business cases for product development.
-
Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and deliver measurable business impact.

Track Record

Can passionately discuss at least one successful or failed product you’ve envisioned, built, and launched.
