About the Role

 

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Intern to support revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing deals with businesses seeking cutting-edge cloud telephony, CPaaS and CCaaS solutions. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base, nurturing relationships, and positioning our platform as the go-to solution for seamless communication.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Lead Qualification & Nurturing – Identify potential customers among inbound leads via calls, and emails.

  • Consultative Selling – Understand client needs and present tailored communication solutions, including VoIP, Voice, Conversational AI (Chatbots and Voicebots), messaging, and Enterprise Contact Center software. Ability to hand-hold customers through the integration process.

  • Product Demonstrations – Assist in virtual demos and showcase how our solutions improve business communication.

  • Solutioning - Determine and pitch the right feature/product/solution for customers’ needs and ability to configure/hand-hold the customer in the integration process. 

  • Pipeline Management – Maintain accurate records in the CRM, track leads, and follow up to move prospects through the sales funnel.

  • Collaboration – Work closely with customer success, and technical support teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for customers.

  • Negotiation & Closing – Lead pricing discussions, contract negotiations, and deal closures.

  • Customer Engagement – Help build long-term relationships, provide insights, and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.

 

Ideal Candidate:

 

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

  • Passion for sales and a desire to build a career in B2B Software Sales.

  • Eagerness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Interest in technology and a willingness to learn how applications are built using APIs.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and excited about cloud telephony solutions.

  • Experience with cloud telephony and CRM tools is a plus.

 

Internship Details:

  • Duration: 6 months

  • Conversion to Full Time: The internship may be converted into a full-time role based on performance with attractive package
