Role : Business Operations Intern

Location: Bangalore, India

 

Role Overview

 

As an Business Operations Intern, you will manage the end-to-end order processing lifecycle, ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate inventory records. Your role will involve close coordination with internal teams, vendors, and carriers to facilitate seamless operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • KYC Processing: Collect, verify, and maintain Know-Your-Customer documentation for all new accounts and vendors.

  • NDNC Complaints Management: Handle all NDNC complaints and ensure the closure within the ETA’s

  • Order Management:  Support and handle the supply process, including raising purchase orders, coordinating deliveries, and maintaining order trackers.

  • Vendor Management: Collaborate with data center and NOC teams, as well as carrier partners, 

  • Compliance Support: Assist in Compliance Support and audit requirements

  • Inventory Management: Support quarterly audits of number pools and hardware stock, reconciling discrepancies to maintain 99% accuracy.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Address  internal queries regarding special or vanity numbers, coordinating with relevant departments for resolution.

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecom, Engineering, or a related field.

  • 0–2 years of experience in telecom operations, supply chain, or compliance roles.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent documentation skills.

  • Effective communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
