We are seeking a Solution Architect with strong local presence in Saudi Arabia to drive product positioning, solution demonstrations, and localized engagement with clients and partners. This role will focus on enabling customer success through contextualized solutions, language fluency, and cultural alignment. While not a quota-carrying role, the Solution Architect will directly influence pipeline creation and customer engagement in the Kingdom.
Key Responsibilities
● Act as the local technical face of the product in Saudi Arabia, building trust with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
● Deliver localized demos and proof-of-concepts (PoC’s) tailored to the Saudi market, with a focus on Arabic-first communication.
● RFP/RFI/RFQ response creation.
● Conduct customer workshops, discovery sessions, and technical deep-dives, articulating value propositions clearly in English and Arabic.
● Provide feedback to Sales, product and engineering teams on local requirements, ensuring product-market fit within KSA.
● Support funnel development through technical validations, though no sales quota responsibility.
● Participate in knowledge-sharing, training internal teams, and establishing best practices for solution delivery.
Desired Profile & Skills
● 5–6 years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales, or similar client-facing solutioning role.
● Demonstrated experience with OEMs / System Integrators in the IT, SaaS, or enterprise software ecosystem.
● Experience with Contact Center and conversational AI (advantage)
● Strong technical aptitudes with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
● Excellent communication skills in Arabic (native or fluent) and English.
● Local presence in KSA (mandatory) or strong familiarity with Saudi business culture and ecosystem.
● Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with a customer-first mindset.
● Industry connects with enterprises, OEMs, and SIs in the region (good to have).
