We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Growth and Performance Marketing Lead. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving significant business outcomes through enterprise digital demand generation. This role demands expertise in SEM, paid marketing, content syndication, and AI-driven marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be instrumental in reducing customer acquisition costs (CAC), increasing conversions, and accelerating sales velocity, directly contributing to our revenue growth targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement marketing strategies that directly drive enterprise demand generation, leading to a measurable increase in qualified leads.

Set and achieve key metrics and KPIs, including a significant reduction in CAC and increased conversion rates.
SEM and Paid Marketing:

Optimize SEM campaigns to attract high-quality leads, ensuring a substantial improvement in click-through and conversion rates.

Lead paid marketing initiatives across various channels (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.), driving a high return on investment (ROI).
Content Syndication:

Design and execute content syndication strategies that generate a substantial increase in qualified leads.

Collaborate with content teams to produce high-value content, resulting in higher engagement and lead generation.
AI and Advanced Marketing Tactics:

Implement AI tools and systems to enhance targeting and personalization, significantly improving campaign effectiveness and efficiency.

Use advanced marketing automation and analytics to streamline customer journeys, leading to higher conversion rates.
Performance Optimization:

Analyze campaign data to identify trends and insights, continuously optimizing to improve performance metrics and reduce CAC.

Conduct A/B testing and other optimization techniques, achieving measurable improvements in campaign outcomes.
Collaboration and Leadership:

Align marketing strategies with business objectives through close collaboration with sales, product, and other cross-functional teams.

Led and mentored junior marketing team members, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving business outcomes.
Reporting and Analytics:

Prepare and present performance reports, providing actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and demonstrate marketing impact on revenue growth.

Utilize data-driven approaches to continuously improve marketing strategies and demonstrate measurable business outcomes.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

8-10 years of experience in growth and performance marketing roles within SaaS companies.

Proven track record of driving significant business outcomes through SEM, paid marketing, content syndication, and advanced AI-driven marketing tactics.

Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to use data to drive business decisions.
