Senior Product Manager - GenAI Products

Exotel is looking for a Product Manager to lead one of our GenAI Product - Conversation Quality Analysis (CQA). You will be responsible for driving the strategic vision, roadmap, and execution of the product, along with scaling the product to mainstream adoption. The role entails interacting with enterprise customers, understanding complex requirements and solutioning them end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define the product strategy and roadmap for the Conversation Quality Analysis (CQA) product charter, aligning with the company's overall vision and customer needs

• Drive end-to-end requirements, solutioning and delivery

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, customer success) to deliver high-quality products and experiences

• Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring efficient resource allocation and timely delivery of features

• Communicate product updates, roadmaps, and metrics to stakeholders and executive leadership

Required Skills and Experience:

• Overall 5+ years of experience in Product Management in a B2B SaaS or enterprise software industry

• Strong understanding of AI Technologies, CX landscape and Data & Analytics

• Proven track record of participating in end to end product lifecycle, from launching to scaling enterprise products

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

• Proficient in product management tools and agile methodologies

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
