Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Creative Lead to head and execute various design projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills, including print, digital, and branding. Experience in video editing and web design will be considered a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and Branding:
Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and social media graphics. Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all visual elements. Create and maintain visual assets for the company's website, email campaigns, and digital advertising.

Project Management: 

Lead multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results. Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and objectives. Provide guidance and mentorship to freelancers and agency designers.

Video Editing: 

Edit and produce engaging video content for promotional purposes, including product videos, and social media clips. Ensure video projects align with the brand's visual and tonal identity.

Web Design: 

Design and update web pages to enhance user experience and align with branding. Collaborate with web developers to implement design changes and ensure functionality. Optimize graphics and videos for web use, ensuring fast load times and responsiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in various design mediums, including print, digital, video, and web.
• Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
• Experience with video editing software and web design tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma).
•  Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to take creative direction and work independently.

Preferred Skills: 

• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web design principles.  
• Familiarity with UI/UX design best practices.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
