About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Trainee Analyst to join our Revenue Operations team in Gurugram. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience. You will play a key supporting role in foundational data activities, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely reporting across revenue processes. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop core analytical skills and gain hands-on exposure to operational data in a fast-growing business environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in collecting, organizing, and maintaining high-quality revenue and GTM data across systems like Salesforce, spreadsheets, and internal tools — the backbone of all business decisions.
- Help identify data gaps, duplication, and inconsistencies. Play a key role in cleaning, validating, and improving the accuracy of our revenue data.
- Support the creation of dashboards, performance reports, and executive-ready metrics around pipeline, forecast, NRGP, CSAT, and more — building your skills in analytics and visualization tools.
- Work closely with RevOps Analysts and Managers to ensure data and systems are aligned for business reviews, QBRs, strategic planning, and operational forecasting.
- Assist in documenting SOPs, recurring workflows, and business-critical processes — laying the groundwork for scalable, repeatable GTM operations.
- Grow into a strategic role: Get exposure to cross-functional teams like Sales, Finance, Strategy, and CX — setting you up for future growth into Analyst, Tooling Specialist, or Business Partner roles in Revenue Operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream - (Preferably - BBA, BCA, Economics)
- Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to data work.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, filters).
- Familiarity with business systems like CRMs (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
- Willingness to learn tools such as SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Good communication and time management skills.
Preferred (Not Mandatory):
- Internship or academic project experience related to data or operations.
- Exposure to Revenue Operations, Sales Ops, or Finance Ops.
- Understanding of basic revenue metrics and operational KPIs.
