About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who can lead and deliver complex technical and cross-functional projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for end-to-end project planning, execution, communication, and risk management. This is a techno-functional role, acting as a bridge between internal teams (engineering, product, customer success) and external stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project outcomes.
You will also be expected to provide technical insights, contribute to solution design, and support team members as needed—while driving a culture of continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities

Own the successful execution and deployment of deliverables for internal and external customers.

Manage complex customer projects from initiation to closure with accountability for scope, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all project communications and updates to leadership.

Lead project planning, status reporting, and stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and transparency.

Identify and mitigate project risks and roadblocks proactively; escalate critical issues when required.

Collaborate with technical teams on solution design, effort estimation, and deployment plans.

Work closely with customers to gather requirements, define success metrics, and document change requests.

Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a seamless project delivery experience.

Support documentation efforts including project scope, process flows, and network architecture diagrams.

Provide mentorship to junior project team members and contribute to the growth of a high-performing, value-driven organization.

Act independently and take ownership of business satisfaction through tested, deployed solutions.
What We’re Looking For

Strong understanding of integration methods for CRMs and APIs.

Knowledge of cloud systems, architecture, networking, and deployment methodologies.

Experience in gathering requirements and mapping them to business use cases.

Ability to run customer meetings and manage change requests effectively.

Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal (soft) skills.
General Skills

Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including development, business units, vendors, and external partners.

Solid grasp of the software development life cycle and project management best practices.

Strong documentation capabilities—able to independently create and manage project scope documents, technical diagrams, and flowcharts.

Effective communicator—ensuring timely updates, transparency, and alignment across all stakeholders.

Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar for project tracking and documentation.
