About the role?

 

We are seeking a Strategic Product Marketing Manager who will be integral in crafting positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation for Exotel’s contact centre solutions, Communication Platforms, and Conversational AI portfolios. This individual will be adept at converting market inputs, customer insights, and competitive intelligence into strategies that propel revenue generation across multiple product lines. 

You will convert market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive data into strategies that drive funnel growth and product adoption. Collaborating with Sales, Product, Technology and CX teams, the candidate will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and executing robust Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies centered around distinct digital transformation scenarios.

 

What do we want?

 

Go-To-Market & Launch Leadership

  • Lead end-to-end product and feature launches, ensuring cross-functional readiness and measurable business outcomes.

  • Develop and refine Go-To-Market (GTM) plans to maximise adoption, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities.

Positioning and Messaging:

  • Create clear, differentiated value propositions and marketecture for Exotel’s CCaaS, CPaaS, and AI product lines.

  • Translate customer challenges and industry trends into compelling narratives and use-case-driven content.

  • Develop and execute decisive, competitive, and relevant portfolio and product positioning during launches and throughout product lifecycles.Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis to inform strategic planning and positioning.

  • Formulate strategies to exploit competitors’ weaknesses and counter their strengths.

  • Provide actionable insights to inform roadmap priorities and marketing strategies.

 

Customer Insights & Feedback:

  • Gather and synthesise customer feedback through interviews, A/B testing, and campaign analytics.

  • Feed learnings back into product strategy and messaging to enhance customer satisfaction and adoption.


Thought Leadership & Analyst Relations:

 

  • Develop whitepapers, POV articles, and analyst-ready assets to establish Exotel as a market visionary.

  • Identify and secure opportunities to speak at webinars, conferences, and other industry forums to build strong relationships with the audience by providing valuable content, engaging in discussions

 

Sales Enablement:

  • Build and maintain playbooks, battle cards, demos, and pitch decks that accelerate deal velocity.

  • Collaborate with digital marketing to design and measure upsell/cross-sell campaigns and account-based initiatives.

 

Event Messaging and Collateral:

  • Own product messaging on web pages, ensuring clarity, conversion, and SEO alignment.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and effectiveness of event messages across various platforms and touchpoints.

  • Measure the impact of event messaging, gather feedback, and optimise for enhanced audience engagement in future events.

  • Develop event messaging and collateral (brochures, infographics, decks) to amplify Exotel’s brand narrative.

 

Content, Campaigns & Digital Presence

  • Content Development – Research and develop whitepapers, POV documents, and analyst-ready assets providing deep insights and solutions to industry-specific challenges.

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution – Partner with digital marketing to design and execute upsell, cross-sell, and account-based campaigns, leveraging data analytics, segmentation, and personalised marketing techniques.

  • Campaign Analytics – Measure and analyse campaign effectiveness to optimise ROI and funnel velocity.

  • Website & Conversion Optimisation – Refine and optimise product messaging on web pages for clarity, engagement, and conversion.

    • Implement A/B testing, analyse user behaviour, and apply feedback to improve messaging continuously.

    • Develop and optimise call-to-actions (CTAs) and user journeys to increase demo requests and trial sign-ups.

    • Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure relevant, visually appealing, and SEO-aligned experiences.

 

What do we look for?

 

  • Experience: 4-6 years in strategic product marketing (B2B SaaS), preferably in the CCaaS, CPaaS, and CAIP domains

  • MBA preferred.

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.

  • Robust analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
