About the Role
As a Recruitment Coordinator you are responsible for supporting the recruitment process by coordinating activities, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and collaborating with hiring managers and recruiters. This role plays a critical part in maintaining an efficient and organized recruitment process and serves as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring journey.
What will you do?

Schedule and manage interviews, including phone, video, and in-person formats.

Coordinate with hiring managers, candidates, and recruiters to ensure a smooth scheduling process.

Manage calendars and resolve scheduling conflicts efficiently.

Prepare weekly dashboards on the interviews conducted.
Qualifications and Skills

Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: 0.6 – 1 years of experience in recruitment.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is preferred.
