As a Product Evangelist, you'll play a pivotal role in championing our innovative solutions and igniting excitement among customers and internal stakeholders. You'll wear many hats, from crafting compelling content to fostering productive conversations and influencing product roadmaps. The Product Evangelist will play a crucial role in driving product adoption, educating customers and internal stakeholders, and influencing product strategy through market insights.

What are you looking for?

 

  • Immerse yourself in the customer's problem space by conducting on-site visits, gathering insights, and developing a comprehensive understanding of their challenges.

  • Contribute to Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that accurately capture customer needs and pain points.

  • Analyze complex solutions and drive conversations to uncover customer requirements.

  • Present compelling case studies to Product Managers, advocating for the inclusion of customer-driven features in the product roadmap.

  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging content, such as blogs and videos, that effectively communicate product value propositions.

  • Work closely with the Product Marketing team to evangelize the product's unique selling points through battle cards and other marketing collateral.

  • Stay up-to-date with competitor offerings and differentiate our products through effective positioning and messaging.

  • Contribute to Low Maintenance Releases by identifying product improvements and presenting case studies with return on investment (ROI) analysis to Product Managers.

  • Analyze lost opportunities and propose strategies to overcome obstacles and increase customer acquisition.

  • Study won opportunities and identify best practices to replicate success in other deals.

  • Support high-potential deals by providing product expertise and guidance to the sales team.

  • Assist and create comprehensive product documentation, including deployment guides, service-level agreements (SLAs), and other essential information for customers and internal teams.
